FAMILY SERVICES, A PROGRAM OF THE CENTRE OFFERS ANGER MANAGEMENT

Have your relationships at home or at work been damaged byyour anger? Has your anger resulted in legal consequences? Do you have intense feelings of fury or rage while driving or while
waiting in line? If so, it could be that your anger is controlling you! This five week workshop will provide information for understanding anger and will offer participants tools to successfully manage anger. This series meets the standards for court ordered basic anger management.

Facilitated by Ronique Smith.  This workshop is held on Wednesdays, 5 week series begins August 3 and continues on August 10, 17, 24, 31. At the Family Services, 407 N. Parsons Ave, Brandon, FL from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
