Finding the Gaps- Growing

through your Weak Points
Learn from an expert in career coaching

What do you consider your weak points? What can you improve upon? Classic questions asked in
interviews!  Or, how about during your employment review sessions... did you meet your objectives or are you below expectations in some areas?

Everyone has weak points and they can be seen as either a hindrance or as an opportunity to not only grow through them, but to demonstrate your ability to take an area of your professional or personal career and turn it into a success strategy! Some of the greatest leaders and mentors experienced failure and weakness, but turned it into their stronghold!

laurabreitzmanThis series by Laura Breitzman of FIS will include a step-by-step process of how to work through this cycle with your own areas of weakness – whether it’s time management, deadlines, prioritizing, public speaking, event planning – or many others!  You’ll also have the opportunity to take a self-evaluation quiz that you can use again and again to measure your growth!

Find the Gaps – and then Grow!  Complimentary lunch will be provided.  And on May 16, our next Brown Bag Lunch, follow up with “Finding the Gaps in Your Personal Life.”  Learn to be a better version of you with advice from Life Coach Laura Scott.  Registration is required by Tuesday, April 23, 2013 for the April Brown Bag.
