The Centre, formerly The Centre for Women, Inc., a nonprofit organization founded in 1978, serves over 3,000 women, girls, families and seniors each year with programs such as family counseling, employment preparation and substance abuse treatment for women, free after-school and summer programs for girls, and emergency home repairs for low-income seniors.
