How do we remain calm and "be present" in the midst of conflict?  How do we control our reactions so that conflict doesn't escalate into something that is difficult to un-do?


In this workshop, Leadership and Life Coach Laura Scott will share simple and extremely useful useful tips and processes that facilitate healthy and respectful interactions and allow us to build on our conflict competency.


Through experiential exercises we will learn how to:
