Getting Unstuck: Finding Purpose, Creativity, and Happiness

The Centre for Women’s Fall Third Act series is presented by our partners from Encore Tampa Bay. The series will focus on areas we may feel stuck and how we can transform ourselves and our lives.

If you are feeling stuck in some area of your life, it can be valuable to expand your understanding of how to best access your creativity.  All of us have habits in life; ways of doing, thinking and being that typically serve us. However we often face circumstances where it is important to find a new perspective, get out of our routine, come up with fresh ideas.  It can be in any aspect of life; relationships, work, health,  attitudes--- all require occasional refreshing and new approaches.

We’ll talk about what creativity is, what it means to us and how we live our lives, and how we can tap into and grow our levels of that great creative spirit. In the process, we’ll laugh, learn and have fun!
