![]() Establishing a Realistic, Positive and Confident Self Image Three Part Series: Participants are encouraged to attend all three but my attend one or more in the series.
February 10th- You’re Worth it: Enhancing Self Esteem Have you wondered what self esteem is and how to get more of it? Does your self esteem reflect your real value? In this workshop, attendees will examine what shapes our self worth and learn tools to increase self esteem in order to live a full and happy life.
February 17th-Challenge a thought-Create a fresh perspective! Did you know that your feelings originate from your thoughts and not the other way around? This workshop will help attendees identify and challenge self defeating thinking patterns in order to live a more satisfying life.
February 24- Using Direct Communication- How Assertiveness can improve your life Is it difficult for you to communicate your true feelings and do you feel misunderstood? Expressing thoughts, feelings and opinions directly and not aggressively is important for emotional wellbeing. In this workshop, attendees will learn and practice useful skills for effective assertiveness behavior.
